Milestone-based payment

You pay only when each stage is completed and checked. No large advance.

Price locked in your agreement

The price in your written agreement does not increase because of material rate hikes. It changes only if you change the scope or specifications, in writing.

Delay penalty written in your contract

A delay penalty clause is written into your contract: if handover is delayed due to us, we pay a penalty.

Make every contractor quote answer the same questions.

What area is the price calculated on?

Confirm whether the calculation uses covered area, slab area, total built-up area or another measurement method.

What is specifically excluded?

Approvals, taxes, soil or site surprises, utility connections, boundary work, interiors, loose furniture and client changes should be clarified.

What does the 10-Year Structural Warranty cover?

Do I have to pay a large advance before construction starts?

No. Payment is milestone-based: you pay only when each construction stage is completed and checked.

Can the agreed price increase if material rates go up?

No. The price is locked in your written agreement and does not increase because of material rate hikes. It changes only if you change the scope or specifications, and any such change is made in writing.

What happens if handover is delayed?

A delay penalty clause is written into your contract. If handover is delayed due to Balaji Construction Company, the company pays a penalty as set out in that contract.

Will my quotation show material brands and quantities?

Yes. Every quotation includes a brand-wise written BOQ that lists the brand, grade and quantity for each material. The brands we work with are shown on our Scope & Specifications page.
